The organizers of the conference reserved limited number of rooms for participants of FQMT04
in three Prague hotels with a very advantageous price discounts.
Organizers of FQMT04 would like to ask participants (especially invited ones) to reserve there accomodation as soon as possible. The number of reserved rooms is now limited as well as price discounts are time limited. Organizers are able to reserve still another rooms with discount prices for participants only if need arises in time.
Two of the discount price hotels (Hotel Diplomat and Crowne Plaza Hotel ) are not far from both FQMT conference sites (Masarykova kolej in Thakurova street and in Wallenstein palace - see map 1, map 2 and Venue). The third one (Holiday Inn Hotel) is very near to the site of the 20th General Conference of CMD EPS (see map 1), just for the case that some participants of FQMT04 will take part in both conferences and will prefer to stay near the CMD confererence site. The FQMT04 conference sites are very easily accesible by underground within 20-30 minutes from this hotel - see map 1.
The another possibility is a good student type accomodation in the building complex of Masarykova kolej in Thakurova street , which partly serves as the small hotel during all year (unfortunately most of the very limited number of hotel rooms are already occupied in the time of FQMT04) and partly as student dormitories, which are used as a cheap hotel like accomodation during the summer. This place is just one of two sites where the conference will take place - see Venue.
Rooms in all these hotels are reserved from Saturday 24 till Friday 30, but when you reserve your room enough early there will be a very good chance for you to reserve your accomodation for any period of time between July 17 and August 1. Participants thus can use these discount prices for their accomodation to take part in both conferences and enjoy Prague during weekends.

to go by line C of underground then you change on Muzeum to line A.
